issuance and settlement of export vouchers for logistics
Vouchers (virtual coupons) are issued to beneficiary companies (participating
companies) with the project cost to be raised as a matching fund (national treasury + self-payment), and those beneficiary
companies can use the method of either using logistics services of the registered performing organizations after using
their service (vouchers) and then settling the cost and requesting operating organizations to settle pre-paid expenses
after using logistics companies, other than the performing organizations in which participating companies are being
registered.
